Dr. Rosni Ab Wahid is currently the Deputy Dean for International, Industrial, and Institutional Partnerships (IIIP) at UniKL Business School. Previously, she served as the Head of the Postgraduate Section and the Head of Industrial Linkages at UniKL Business School. Prior to her academic career, she was the Managing Director of companies specializing in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of valves for the oil and gas industry, serving both local and Thai markets.

Dr. Rosni began her teaching career in 2002 as a finance lecturer in the Department of Banking at Universiti Teknologi Mara Pahang, where she taught subjects such as Banking Operations and Documentation, Legal Issues and Ethics in Banking, and Lending Assessment. She later taught banking and finance courses, including Money and Banking and Managerial Economics, at Universiti Malaya and Open University Malaysia.

Her area of specialization is entrepreneurship, with research interests in entrepreneurship and new venture creation. Currently, she teaches core subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate students at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, including International Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship, New Business Ventures, Entrepreneurial Decision Making, and Franchise Business Management. She also supervises postgraduate students, including those pursuing PhDs, Master’s in Management, and MBAs.
